Can I enroll in benefits mid-year?
Open enrollment is for the fall, but if you have a life change (loss of spouse, employment of spouse, etc.) you may be able to enroll. Contact Stacy Noga.
How long can my adult child stay on my medical and dental?
Your adult child can stay on your medical and dental insurance plan until age 26.

What are the costs for insurance?
The town contributes 55% of the annual deductible to your HSA.
The employee’s cost share for health insurance for 21 pay periods for the school year 2025-2026 will be:
Teachers’ HDHP HSA (Hospital, Medical, Drug and Dental)

2-people $259.41
Family $324.27
Dental only $3.84 (Individual) $7.72 (2-people) $12.31 (Family)
Teachers’ HDHP HRA (Hospital, Medical, Drug and Dental) with HRA

Anyone age 55 or older can make an extra $1,000 "catch up" contribution.

Can I put aside extra tax-free money for medical or child-care expenses?
